Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the use of this website and to business enquiries made to Eco Logic Global. They are written for business-to-business sourcing, import, export and supply chain work.

01

Use of this website

This website is provided for general business information about our sourcing, import, export and supply chain services. By using the site you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security or availability. Information on the site is indicative and may be updated at any time.

02

Business enquiries and sourcing requests

An enquiry is a request for us to evaluate a requirement. It does not create a contract, reservation of capacity, or a commitment by either party. Work proceeds only once the scope and commercial terms of a specific transaction are agreed in writing.

03

Product information and specifications

Buyers are responsible for providing complete and accurate specifications, drawings, tolerances, materials, labelling and packaging requirements. Product descriptions, references and images shared during discussion are indicative; the agreed specification for an order is the one confirmed in writing before production.

04

Supplier identification and sourcing

We identify, evaluate and coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers on your behalf. While we apply reasonable care in shortlisting and verifying suppliers, manufacturing is carried out by independent third parties and remains subject to their capability, capacity and commercial terms.

05

Quotations, pricing, MOQ and availability

  • Quotations are indicative unless stated otherwise and are valid only for the period mentioned.
  • Prices are subject to change based on raw material cost, specification changes, order quantity, exchange rates, freight and factory confirmation.
  • Minimum order quantities, lead times and tooling costs are set by the manufacturer and vary by product.
  • Availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed by the supplier.
06

Samples, inspections and quality checks

Samples, pre-production checks, in-line checks and pre-shipment inspections are carried out against the specification agreed in writing. Inspection is performed on a sampling basis unless a full inspection is specifically agreed, and a passed inspection confirms conformity to the agreed checkpoints rather than an absolute guarantee of every unit. Sample and inspection costs are quoted separately.

07

OEM and private-label requirements

For OEM and private-label work, the buyer confirms that it holds the rights to the brands, logos, artwork and designs supplied to us, and is responsible for the legality of the branding used. We do not accept requirements involving counterfeit goods or the unauthorised use of third-party intellectual property.

08

Shipping, customs, duties and delivery

Shipping schedules, transit times and delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by factory schedules, carrier availability, port congestion, weather, inspection or other events outside our control. Import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges and local statutory levies at the destination are the buyer's responsibility unless expressly agreed otherwise for a specific shipment.

09

Third-party suppliers, manufacturers and logistics providers

Manufacturing, freight, warehousing, customs brokerage and last-mile delivery are performed by independent third parties. We coordinate these services in good faith, but their acts, omissions and terms of carriage remain their own.

10

Payment and commercial terms

Payment terms, currency, advance and balance stages, service scope and fees are agreed separately in writing for each transaction. Production, booking and dispatch generally proceed only after the agreed payment stage has been received.

11

Product compliance and regulatory requirements

Compliance, testing, labelling, certification and documentation requirements depend on the specific product and destination market. Where such requirements apply, they must be communicated to us in writing before production so they can be built into the specification. We do not represent that a product is compliant in any market unless that requirement was expressly agreed for the order.

12

No guarantee of availability

We do not guarantee that every requested product, supplier, price, specification or quantity can be sourced. Where a requirement cannot be met on the terms requested, we will say so and, where possible, suggest an alternative.

13

Intellectual property and website content

The content of this website, including text, layout, graphics, imagery and the Eco Logic Global name and logo, belongs to Eco Logic Global or its licensors. It may not be copied, reproduced, republished or used commercially without prior written permission.

14

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Eco Logic Global is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit, business or anticipated savings, arising from the use of this website or from delays, supplier performance or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15

Changes to the website and these terms

We may update this website, our services and these terms at any time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the site from the date it is posted.

16

Governing law and dispute handling

The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through direct discussion between authorised representatives. Where a matter cannot be resolved that way, it will be handled in accordance with the governing law and dispute resolution mechanism agreed in writing for the relevant transaction, or, in the absence of such agreement, in accordance with the applicable law of the jurisdiction in which the relevant contract was concluded.
